We provide digital services including strategy, design, development and animation. For each project, we'll provide a detailed Statement of Work outlining the specific deliverables, timeline and costs. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, these are guides and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback.

Project Process

Proposals and Agreements

Before starting any work, we'll provide you with a Statement of Work detailing the project scope, deliverables, timeline and costs. Work begins once both parties have agreed to the Statement of Work in writing.

Revisions and Feedback

• You'll receive up to 2 rounds of revisions for each deliverable
• Revision requests should be made within 2 weeks of receiving draft deliverables
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at our standard hourly rate
• We'll work with you to ensure the final product meets your needs while maintaining design integrity

Changes and Pauses

• You can request changes to the project scope at any time
• We'll assess change requests and provide updated pricing if needed
• Projects can be paused for up to 6 months for a holding fee of 10% of the total project cost

Payment Terms

• We'll provide a clear payment schedule in your Statement of Work
• Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date
• You can't use deliverables until the relevant stage has been paid for
• We may pause work on overdue accounts
